Abstract:
The present invention relates to additives for treating wet-organic waste, and a method for fermenting and treating wet-organic waste by using same, and the method comprises: a mixture composition preparation step of preparing, in a mixing part, a mixture composition by sequentially mixing the microorganism group that consists of an aerobic microorganism, a thermophilic microorganism and a psychrophilic microorganism, biomass for promoting the activity of microorganisms, and a plurality of additives; and a stirring and fermentation step of supplying, in a weight ratio of 4:6, wet-organic waste and the mixture composition from a waste supply part and the mixing part, respectively, to a main body part of a stirring and fermentation part, supplying, to the main body part through an air supply part, air of a predetermined temperature and anions so as to stir and ferment same for 24-48 hours, thereby preparing a fermented product having a water content of less than 40%.
