Abstract:
A method for finding an antibody having a specific function, and particularly a method for finding an antibody having a specific function according to an immune host antibody variable region sequence composition and frequency analysis. Compared with a conventional high-flux antibody sequencing method, in the method, an antibody variable region full-length sequence containing a candidate CDR3 can be rapidly and accurately obtained, the antibody gene paring success rate is high, the method is suitable for detecting trace samples, and the efficiency of obtaining the antibody having a specific function is improved.
