Abstract:
A method for fixing arsenic-containing waste using a high-temperature liquid furnace slag, comprising: mixing high-temperature liquid furnace slag with arsenic-containing waste for reaction, and cooling the mixture to obtain a furnace slag arsenic fixing body. According to the method, the arsenic-containing waste is fixed using the heat and effective ingredients of the high-temperature liquid furnace slag. The obtained furnace slag arsenic fixing body has high chemical stability, and can be stored in piles for a long time or be landfilled as general waste, thereby implementing the harmless treatment of arsenic-containing waste and expanding the resource utilization of high-temperature liquid furnace slag.
