Abstract:
The method for forming an antireflection optical body (16a) pertaining to the present invention comprises: a coating step for coating an adhesive (12), excluding an epoxy adhesive, on an adherend (11); a securing step in which a substrate film (15) provided with a very small structure (16) on one surface side is pressed against the adherend (11) from the other surface side that is opposite of the one surface side to secure the adherend (11) and the very small structure (16) by the adhesive (12); and a peeling and separating step in which the pressure on the substrate film (15) is released and the very small structure (16) secured to the adherend (11) by the adhesive (12) is peeled away from the substrate film (15) while the very small structure (16) on the substrate film (15) in locations other than those secured by the adhesive (12) is separated away, whereby the very small structure (16) secured to the adherend (11) is formed as an antireflection optical body (16a) on the adherend (11).
