Abstract:
It is intended to provide a method whereby the sensitivity in detecting a target analyte on a microparticle can be elevated and multiple items can be detected at the same time. The presence of at least one target analyte in a sample is detected by bonding a microparticle having a fluorescent substance on the surface and the target analyte to an autoaggregate formed by using two oligonucleotide probes having complementary base sequence regions which are hybridizable with each other via the target analyte, thus forming an autoaggregate-bonded particle, and then analyzing the autoaggregate-bonded particle.
