Abstract:
This method for forming an electrical connection structure part forms an electrical connection structure part by covering a connection part between a first conductor part and a second conductor part with an alloy body. The first conductor part contains aluminum. The surface of the second conductor part is covered with a component that contains nickel. The alloy body contains tin, silver and nickel. The method comprises a step for forming a connection part by connecting the first conductor part with the second conductor part (S20). The method also comprises a step for melting the alloy body (S30). The method also comprises a step for immersing at least the connection part in the molten alloy body (S40).
