Abstract:
A method for forming an abrasion−resistant layer for a moving blade, characterized in that it comprises a step of forming a first plating layer on a base material (11), a step of applying a nickel plating having alloy particles comprising Cr, Al and Y dispersed therein to form a second plating layer, a step of applying a nickel plating having alloy particles containing at least one of Ni and Co and hard particles (16) dispersed therein on the second plating layer to form a third plating layer, a step of applying a nickel plating having alloy particles containing at least Cr, Al and Y dispersed therein on the third plating layer, to form a fourth plating layer so as to have a part of the hard particles (16) in the third plating layer exposed thereon, and subjecting the resultant product to an intermediate heat treatment to diffuse alloy particles in the plating layers into a combined plating layer, to form an alloy layer (18).
