Abstract:
A method for forming a nozzle component of an aerospace engine comprises the following steps: step 1, cutting a sheet (1) to obtain a plurality of coaxial truncated hollow cones (3); step 2, performing spinning and straightening on the truncated hollow cones that are oversized or of a similar size; step 3, performing a lathe operation on a larger end and a smaller end of the truncated hollow cones so as to obtain annular surfaces thereof used to weld the truncated hollow cones together; and step 4, sequentially welding the plurality of truncated hollow cones in order from smallest to largest or largest to smallest according to the sizes of the larger ends thereof so as to form an integrated structure (7). The method for forming a nozzle component of an aerospace engine enables a simple manufacturing procedure, is not restricted by the shaft diameter ratio or the size of a target component, and allows inspection and testing to be performed during the process. The method produces an integrally formed product, ensures high production quality and good stability, and is suitable for large-scale automated production.
