Abstract:
A method is provided for forming a plate-integrated gasket which can be formed on a film without use of a mold, can secure dimensional accuracy of the gasket, can form a gasket even when the plate is uneven, and can secure sealing properties without coated lines overlapping at the coating start and end points. In order to achieve this, this method of forming a plate-integrated gasket comprising a gasket main body formed integrally with a plate is characterized by forming the gasket main body by using an inkjet printer to spray a molding material of the gasket main body onto the plate. The plate is characterized by having an uneven shape and by the gasket main body being formed at different heights on the bottom surfaces of the concave portions of the uneven shape and the top surfaces of convex portions thereof.
