Abstract:

A method for forming wrapped food in which, with an inner material disposed on a flat outer skin material (D), a shutter comprising a plurality of shutter pieces is operated and the peripheral edge part of the outer skin material (D) is gathered so as to enclose the inner material and sealed, wherein the method includes: a step for placing the outer skin material (D) on a placement device (81); a step for forming slits (S) on the outer skin material (D) with cutting blades (83); and a step for forming wrapped food in which the inner material is wrapped by the outer skin material (D) in which the slits (S) are formed, and forming openings, obtained by the slits (S) being opened, on the outer peripheral surface of the wrapped food.
