Abstract:
In order to free nucleated cells from a cell-containing sample such as fatty tissue with enzyme treatment, this method of freeing cells from a cell-containing sample by subjecting the cell-containing sample to enzyme treatment is characterized by involving a step for agitating a bag-shaped container 1 in which a gaseous phase 202 and a reaction mixture 201 containing the cell-containing sample and an enzyme are housed and sealed, wherein the ratio of the volume of the gaseous phase 202 is at least 7 vol% of the total volume of the gaseous phase 202 and the reaction mixture 201.
