Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a method for freezing an application program. The method comprises: when it is detected that a target application program runs in the background, determining an environment parameter associated with the target application program; monitoring surrounding environment parameters; and when the environment parameter satisfies a preset freezing condition, freezing the target application program. Also disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention is a terminal. By using the present invention, a background application program can be specifically closed, thereby improving the standby time of the terminal.
