Abstract:
In order to generate an aerosol, according to one embodiment, an aerosol may be generated by: generating microwaves of a preset frequency by using an oscillator; supplying the generated microwaves to a resonator formed on the basis of a waveguide through a microwave coupler and a central conductor; generating an electromagnetic field by resonating the microwaves through the resonator; and heating an aerosol-generating substrate inserted inside the waveguide by means of the electromagnetic field.
