Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for generating an arch line for orthodontic treatment and an image processing apparatus for orthodontic treatment for same. A method for generating an arch line for orthodontic treatment according to an embodiment comprises the steps of: setting a predicted tooth display ratio after orthodontic treatment, for at least one tooth in dental image data; and on the basis of the set tooth display ratio, generating, on a tooth arrangement, an arch line for orthodontic treatment.
