Abstract:
A method for generating electricity utilizing wind energy includes the following
steps: providing a device for collecting wind energy vertically, the device
includes a vertical impeller body (1), there are blades (2) out of the impeller
body (1) and an upward screw water passage (3) in the impeller body (1), and the
blades (2) make the impeller body (1) rotate by the aid of wind, the lower end of
the impeller body (1) extends into water, when the impeller body (1) rotates,
water is lifted through the water passage (3); communicating a outlet (17) at
the upper end of the impeller body (1) with a water storage device (4), which stores
lifted water; making water in the storage device (4) flow down to drive a hydropower
generator to generate electricity. A device for collecting wind energy includes
an impeller body (1) and a shaft (8), the impeller body (1) is fixed on the shaft
(8) through bearings and can rotate around the shaft (8), there are blades (2)
out of the impeller body (1) and an upward screw water passage (3) in the impeller
body (1), and there are an inlet (9) at the lower end of the impeller body (1) communicating
with the water passage (3) and a water discharging container (10) at the upper
end of the impeller body (1) communicating with the water passage (3).
