The present application relates to a method for generating a pose similarity determination model and a device for generating a pose similarity determination model. A method for generating a pose similarity determination model according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a step for synchronizing a plurality of collected sample images; a step for extracting respective frame images from the sample images, and generating pose images corresponding to poses of an object appearing in the frame images; a step for setting the similarity or dissimilarity of the pose images and generating a triplet training dataset; and a step for performing machine learning by means of the training dataset, and generating a pose similarity determination model for determining the similarity of the poses assumed by the object in the image.
