Abstract:

A method of generating a steel-plate material prediction model according to the present invention is a method of generating a steel-plate material prediction model in a steel-plate cooling facility provided with a water-cooling apparatus that sprays cooling water to a heated steel plate to cool the steel plate, and a temperature measuring apparatus that measures the surface temperature of the steel plate in a cooling process. The method includes a step for generating a material prediction model of the steel plate that has passed through the cooling facility through machine learning using a plurality of pieces of learning data including input history data and output history data, the input history data being surface temperature information data set including measured data of the surface temperature at a standard point set in advance on the steel plate and measured data of the surface temperature at a reference point set on the basis of the standard point, the output history data being material information of the steel plate that has passed through the cooling facility at a position corresponding to the standard point on the steel plate corresponding to the input history data.
