Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for maximally maintaining components and enhancing the in vivo absorption and digestibility thereof by minimizing the breakdown of nutrients when insects such as crickets and meal beetles and beans such as black beans are ground and made into powder by using cryogenic micro grinding technology. The present invention minimizes the breakdown of nutrients while edible insects and beans, which have a high protein content, are ground into an ultrafine size at a cryogenic temperature, thereby maximally maintaining components and enhancing in vivo digestibility.
