Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for handover switching, a terminal device, a network device, a chip, a computer-readable storage medium, a computer program product, and a computer program. The method comprises: when the establishment of a connection between a terminal device and a first target network device succeeds, sending first indication information, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating to a source network device that the connection with the first target network device succeeds; and/or when the establishment of the connection between the terminal device and the first target network device fails, sending second indication information, wherein the second indication information is used for indicating to the source network device that the connection with the first target network device fails.
