Abstract:
A method of hierarchical transmission for mobile multimedia broadcast network
is disclosed, firstly, dividing the entire mobile multimedia broadcast system
into multi-level network structure, configuring separate network resource
for each network in each level network. Secondly, after the traffic of the upper
level network is data stream multiplexed, it will be sent directly to all the terminals
in this level network cover area via the transmitter of this level network, or
sent to the corresponding receivers via the transmitters of the distributing
network and the lower level network. Finally, the receiver receives signals
from different networks selectively according to the network range in which
it resides. The method according to the present invention solves the bottleneck
problem that the permit of the network operator must be obtained when a service
needs to be sent across different areas, realizes the national network really,
and realizes the national broadcast service and the combination of the national
network operating and the local network operating better.
