Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for high efficiency operation through elevator operation analysis, the method comprising: a base information collection step (S10) of measuring and collecting, in a normal state by an operation unit for ascending or descending an elevator, magnitude change information of current values according to time of the operation unit when the elevator ascends and descends, wherein the measured information is divided into operation information of the operation unit at ascending of the elevator and operation information of the operation unit at descending of the elevator and individually stored as base information of the operation unit; an operation information storage step (S20) of measuring operation information of the operation unit in real time when the operation unit is operated, wherein the measured information is analyzed on the basis of the base information of the operation unit, which has been collected in the base information collection step (S10), and extracting and storing the operation information of the elevator; and an operation control step (S30) of analyzing and digitizing elevator operation information having been long-term stored in the operation information storage step (S20), and controlling a floor-specific door-closing time for the elevator on the basis of the digitized information. The present invention comprises: performing classification into an ascending condition and a descending condition of an elevator, and collecting operation information (change information of a current value according to time) of the operation unit for each condition; analyzing the operation information of the operation unit in real time on the basis of the collected information to extract the operation information of the elevator; digitizing (statisticalizing) a floor-specific operation frequency of the elevator, a time slot, and the number of passengers on the basis of the extracted operation information; and controlling a floor-specific door-closing time for the elevator on the basis of the digitized information, so as to induce economically efficient operation of the elevator. In addition, according to the present invention, it is possible to clearly distribute electricity rates for elevator operation in proportion to a digitized floor-specific operation frequency of an elevator, so that a very reasonable rate settlement can be achieved.
