Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for high-selectivity preparation of ethylene from alkoxy benzene. Alkoxy benzene can be highly selectively converted into ethylene (ethylene gas phase selectivity > 99%) and phenol (phenol liquid phase selectivity > 90%) under the action of an aluminosilicate or phosphoaluminate catalyst including a molecular sieve; and the reaction stability is good, and the catalyst is not prone to depositing carbon. The alkoxy benzene has abundant sources, can be obtained by means of a reaction of an alcohol and phenol, and can also be obtained by means of biomass conversion. Coupling the process with a methanol-to-anisole reaction can realize high-selectivity preparation of ethylene from methanol, and coupling same with biomass conversion can realize high-selectivity preparation of ethylene and phenol from biomass, such that the process has important social and economic values.
