Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for the homopolymerization and the random copolymerization of propylene, comprising: (1) subjecting a liquid phase propylene comprising a polymerization catalyst to a prepolymerization of propylene, to obtain a feedstock slurry liquid containing a propylene prepolymer, wherein the polymerization temperature is 40ºC-50ºC, the prepolymerization pressure is 3.2-3.9 MpaG, and the olefin polymerization catalyst is 0.04-0.06% wt% of the liquid phase propylene; (2) mixing the feedstock slurry liquid, recovered liquid phase propylene and recovered and recycled hydrogen gas into a liquid phase polymeric raw material; (3) subjecting the liquid phase polymeric raw material to a liquid phase homopolymerization of propylene, or a liquid phase copolymerization with ethylene, continuously introducing the resulting slurry liquid into a gas phase polymerization reactor for a gas phase homopolymerization of propylene or a gas phase copolymerization of propylene with ethylene, to obtain a propylene homopolymer or a random copolymer.
