Abstract:
A method for electrochemically depositing metal on a sheet substrate (90), wherein an upper metal anode (20) is placed above the liquid level (42) of an electrolyte solution (40) and when the electrolyte solution (40) becomes in contact with the upper metal anode (20), it flows to the upper surface (310) of the sheet substrate (90) from top to bottom. The upper metal anode (20) is subjected to an oxidation reaction under the effect of a positive potential, losing electrons to form metal ions, and then it flows down along with the electrolyte solution (40) to the upper surface (310) of the sheet substrate (90). The metal ions in the electrolyte solution (40) get electrons at the cathode on the sheet substrate (90) and a metal is produced and deposited on the cathode surface (310) of the sheet substrate (90).
