Abstract:
The invention makes it possible to simplify the processing of heavy hydrocarbon raw material by means of an uncatalised method and to produce essentially a target light product. The inventive method consists in the following: hydrogen or a hydrogen gas is supplied to a reaction chamber in 20-30 mass % in relation to chemical reagents during a hydrocracking process. The gas pressure in the chamber is raised to 10 -30 MPa, the temperature being raised from 1300 to 1500 °K. The 70 80 mass % of processed raw material in relation to the chemical reagents is supplied to the chamber containing hot hydrogen and is mixed therewith, the obtained mixture is cracked during 2-12 msecs of the raw material-hydrogen contacting time. The reaction products are tempered by reducing the temperature and pressure during 5-10 msecs and transported in order to produce the target products. The tested inventive method makes it possible to obtain the following composition for the target products: light-end products (CH4, C2H4, C2H6, C3H6, C3H8, C4) 46.266 mass % in relation to the reaction products; gasoline (C5, C6, C7, C8, C9, C10, C11, C12)-34.096 mass %; diesel fuel (C13-C20) 17.248 mass % at a conversion of 98-99 %.
