Abstract:
A method for identifying help information based on an operation page, an application server, and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises: receiving request help information sent by a service system where a terminal device is located (S301); analyzing the request help information, so as to acquire current operation page information (S302); matching, according to the operation page information, a help document corresponding to the current operation page information (S303); and presenting the help document matching the current operation page to the service system of the terminal device (S304). The method for identifying help information based on an operation page, the application server, and the computer readable storage medium above can acquire the help document corresponding to the current page operation by means of analyzing the request help information, thereby improving the user experience.
