Abstract:
A method for identifying a transmission rumble, a device, and a storage medium, relating to the technical field of automobiles. Specific steps of the method are as follows: first, acquiring gear shift data of an existing product prototype vehicle in which a rumble is present, and fitting a gear shift line graph; fixing a test prototype vehicle on a four-wheel drive or two-wheel drive hub test bench meeting simulated smooth road test requirements; arranging noise test points; adjusting the gear of a vehicle to be tested from a manual third gear to the highest gear under different working conditions to perform a noise test; performing subjective evaluation on rumbles under different working conditions; setting noise objective value ranges according to different vehicle models; and finding a corresponding point value on the obtained gear shift line according to an objective test result and a subjective evaluation score, and then making a different mark so as to identify a rumble area. In the control method, by determining a gear shift line of a transmission, optimizing the problem of an in-vehicle rumble caused by improper gear shift of the transmission, and calibrating and optimizing the gear shift line of the transmission, a gear shift time of the transmission and the in-vehicle rumble reach a relative balance.
