Abstract:
A method for implementing the access configuration mode resource reservation in the next generation network includes: the network access attachment function entity sends resource request message to the resource mediation policy decision function entity when the user terminal accesses the network; the resource mediation policy decision function entity makes the admittance decision depends on the network operation policy ruler and the resource availability after it receives the resource request message; and it sends the admittance install command to the border gateway and the corresponding admittance policy parameter information is set and saved on the border gateway function entity so as to make the border gateway function entity classify, record, shape and discard the user flow accessing the network according to the admittance policy parameter information to ensure the service quality lever that the user asks for. this invention provides a realizable method of access configuration mode resource reservation in the NGN.
