Abstract:
A method for implementing network interconnect via link aggregation is provided,
wherein when the both sides of the communication network detect the states of
the local aggregation group ports, the detected information of the state change
would be divided into different categories, and would be processed accordingly
based on the category that the information of the state change belongs to, the
method takes advantage of the link aggregation control protocol and implements
a certain improvements. With the invention, the communication links of the network
could be backed up effectively, and the fast fault recovery capability of the
network device could be realized.
