Abstract:
A method for implementing ultra-sensitive brink control over a delayed enzymatic reaction on the basis of DNA strand displacement, which method relates to the technical field of feedback control based on DNA strand displacement in biological systems. The method comprises: obtaining an enzymatic reaction process model, which has a time delay; constructing a brink controller based on CRNs; acquiring a static mapping expression between the output of the brink controller and the output of a system under a steady-state condition, so as to obtain an analysis condition capable of ensuring the performance of the controller; implementing the construction of the brink controller by means of a DNA strand displacement reaction; and acquiring a time delay representation mode, applying same to DNA implementation of the enzymatic reaction process model, and controlling the rewritten enzymatic reaction process model in view of the constructed brink controller. The method does not involve a subtraction operation in terms of structure, thereby reducing the number of abstract chemical reactions for implementation, and greatly simplifying the complexity of DNA implementation.
