Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for improving the anaerobic fermentation efficiency of a medium-temperature and high-temperature transition area. The method comprises: pumping hydrolyzed slurry into the bottom of an anaerobic tank after heat exchange of a front heat exchanger, controlling the temperature of the slurry to be 45±0.2°C, and starting a central stirrer after feeding is finished; and slowly and mildly stirring the slurry in the anaerobic tank, uniformly mixing the slurry, and then closing the central stirrer. In an operation state, the pH value of the slurry in the anaerobic tank is 6.8-7.8, the sludge concentration is 20-30 g/l, and the slurry fermentation temperature is controlled to be 44±1°C. Medium-temperature anaerobic florae and high-temperature anaerobic florae in methanogens in anaerobic sludge exist in an overlapping manner at the fermentation temperature and are fully mixed and in contact with the slurry, such that the slurry is subjected to anaerobic fermentation in a medium-temperature and high-temperature transition area, and the organic matter in the slurry is continuously treated and converted. According to the present invention, the operation load, the organic matter removal rate, the anaerobic digestion efficiency and the gas production rate during treatment can be improved, and the engineering construction costs and the operation costs are reduced.
