Abstract:
A method for improving anti-seismic performance of a bridge by means of a girder body and an energy-consumption and vibration-reduction bridge bearing, for use in effectively eliminating harmful vibrations of a bridge pier in a natural frequency band, reducing the stress of a pier body and improving anti-seismic performance of the bridge pier in the condition in which an extra external mass does not need to be added and a mounting space does not need to be found on the pier body. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a natural vibration frequency fi, an equivalent modal mass Mi and a modal rigidity Ki of a bridge pier (30) in the longitudinal direction or the transverse direction by means of numerical value modal analysis or experiment modal testing; determining a mass mi of the girder body (10); calculating a connecting rigidity ki between the girder body (10) and the bridge pier (30) and a connecting damping ci between the girder body (10) and the bridge pier (30); and selecting an energy-consumption and vibration-reduction bridge bearing (20) having the value of the connecting rigidity ki and the value of the connecting damping ci, and in this way, anti-seismic performance of the bridge pier can be improved by using the girder body (10) as a power vibration absorber. The energy-consumption and vibration-reduction bridge bearing (20) consists of a vertical bearing structure (20a), a spring, and a damping vibration reduction device (20b).
