Abstract:
The present application relates to a method for improving cognitive disorders. The method comprises administering a regulator that regulates an intron retention shearing product DIR and/or a functional fragment thereof of a DNA damage-inducible transcript 4-like transcript, thereby preventing and/or treating diseases, wherein the diseases comprise cognitive disorders and/or neurodegenerative diseases.
