Abstract:
A method for improving the efficiency of steam heating, characterized by causing a polyamine represented by general formula (1) to be present in a steam system to be used for heating. R1-[NH-(CH2)m]n-NH2 (1) In formula (1), R1 represents a C10-22 (un)saturated hydrocarbon group; m is an integer of 1-8; n is an integer of 1-7; and when n is 2 or larger, the NH-(CH2)m moieties may be the same or different.
