Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a high performance electrode material by subjecting a graphene sheet to a simple treatment so as to decrease the sheet resistance without lowering the visible light transmittance, and thereby improving the electrical conductivity; and a device such as an organic EL device, which utilizes a high performance transparent electrode. [Means for solving problem] According to the present invention, a graphene sheet is subjected to an UV ozone treatment, so that the sheet resistance of the graphene sheet is considerably decreased without lowering the visible light transmittance thereof. In addition, by producing a composite film by forming an organic polymer film on the graphene sheet, the decreased low sheet resistance is maintained low.
