Abstract:
A method for improving the fiber softness of high-yield pulp, comprising the following steps: treating the high-yield pulp using ozone, and treating the high-yield pulp using cellulase. Surface lignin is removed using ozone, enabling the fiber softness to be increased. Meanwhile, the fiber structure is loosened, and a "channel" may be opened for the entry of cellulase. Cellulase enables water molecules to enter the inside of the fibers, and the distance between fiber macromolecular chains increases, causing the fibers to deform and the self-rigidity to reduce, thereby the increasing the softness. On the basis of ozone pretreatment of the high-yield pulp, cellulase treatment is carried out, thus increasing the accessibility of cellulase to the fibers, and secondly, ozone serves as an environmentally-friendly reagent and may improve the softness of the fibers on the premise of not polluting the environment or polluting the environment less.
