Abstract:
This method for improving the gloss of hair comprises: preparing both a positive ion generating means (62) which generates positive ions through electric discharge and a negative ion generating means (63) which generates negative ions through electric discharge; and irradiating hair with the positive ions and negative ions generated by the positive ion generating means (62) and the negative ion generating means (63) respectively, and thus improving the gloss of the hair.
