Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for improving hydrophilicity of a coating film through treatment on a surface morphology and to a super hydrophilic glass coating layer produced by the method. The method comprises: a step of forming a photocatalytic material layer on a substrate; and a step of heating the substrate with the photocatalytic material layer formed thereon to a temperature of 500 ~ 600°C and performing post-heating treatment for 1 to 10 minutes, and increasing the surface roughness of the photocatalytic material layer, thereby enabling the photocatalytic material layer to have a surface contact angle of 30° or lower.
