Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for improving the performance of air-conditioning and heating equipment such as in buildings and polytunnels, whereby the performance of the air-conditioning and heating equipment can be dramatically improved by appropriately adjusting the rate of movement of air and hence achieving adequate heat exchange by improving the air-conditioning and heating equipment which is installed or will be newly installed in a large-scale building. The present invention also relates to equipment and devices using the method. The present invention comprises the step of improving the air-conditioning and heating equipment such that the air expulsion rate (V) at a discharge port can satisfy the following formula (1). 0.45 * H ≤ V ≤ 0.75 * H ----------- (1) Where the maximum or minimum values are selected when the value of V as calculated using formula (1) strays outside a maximum of 3 m/s or a minimum of 1.8 m/s.
