Abstract:
Provided is a method for improving soil polluted by heavy metals. The method comprises: ridging: ridging on a leveled ground, the ridge distance ranging from 40 cm to 60 cm and the ridge height ranging from 5 cm to 15 cm; planting pennisetum alopecuroides: using eustipes of mature pennisetum alopecuroides as seed stems and planting the eustipes, flatwise placing the seed stems on the ridges or slantingwise inserting the seed stems in the ridges with buds of the seed stems facing upwards, setting the planting distance to range from 50 cm to 60 cm, and covering the seed stems with earth with a thickness of 6 cm to 10 cm; and harvest and harmless treatment: harvesting the pennisetum alopecuroides every 30 to 50 days, and performing harmless treatment on the harvested pennisetum alopecuroides. Soil polluted by heavy metals is improved by using pennisetum alopecuroides, the effect is obvious, and the harvested pennisetum alopecuroides has many and wide use values.
