Abstract:
This invention provides an apparatus and method which can realize combustion for suppressing resynthesis of dioxins produced during incineration, neutralization, and the removal of a suspended particulate material with high efficiency at low cost. The apparatus is a two-stage swirling flow fluidized bed incinerator system. The two-stage swirling flow fluidized bed incinerator system comprises a two-stage swirling flow fluidized bed incinerator comprising a first-stage swirling flow fluidized bed chamber, a second-stage gas swirling flow chamber, a gas combustion chamber, a gas cooling chamber, an exhaust gas chamber, and an exhaust gas stack. The two-stage swirling flow fluidized bed incinerator system further comprises a wet-type ultrasonic wave dust collector and an heat exchanger provided in a fluid communicated state between the gas cooling chamber and the exhaust gas chamber. Thermal energy which has been heat exchanged by the heat exchanger is utilized in the incinerator.
