Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for increasing the detection speed of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in a high-water content soil sample, comprising: pre-processing a soil sample; uniformly mixing the soil sample with diatomite, adding a substituent and an extractant for extraction treatment, to obtain a sample extract solution; performing dehydration processing on the sample extract solution; performing a secondary dehydration process and a purification process on the dehydrated sample extract; concentrating the sample extracting solution to obtain a sample solution to be tested which contains polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons; and adding an internal marker to the sample solution to be tested, and detecting polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon content. The method can measure a soil sample having a water content of greater than 15% without freeze-drying for 24 hours, which saves energy and improves detection speed. By means of using physical and chemical water removal methods, the use of anhydrous sodium sulfate is reduced, anhydrous sodium sulfate is prevented from being penetrated and hardened by a water phase, the elution pressure of a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon is reduced, and the pass rate and detection speed of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in soil samples are increased.
