Abstract:
A method for increasing dimple fracture probability of an iron-chromium-aluminum ternary alloy. The method comprises the following steps: (1) melting metal powder; (2) adding an anti-cleavage fracture agent; (3) refining an alloy crystal structure; (4) uniformly densifying the alloy crystal structure; and (5) performing sintering at constant temperature and removing slag to obtain an iron-chromium-aluminum ternary alloy. According to the method, cleavage fracture is changed into dimple fracture under the condition that the total fracture probability of the iron-chromium-aluminum ternary alloy is not changed or is reduced.
