Abstract:
A method for increasing traffic flow of roads involve a crossroad, by adding the
same number of driveways of the front section (2) in front of the traffic light
and driveways of the rear section (3) in rear of the traffic light, when the red
traffic light is on, the vehicles stop at the driveways to wait, when the green
traffic light is on, the vehicles move to pass the crossroad and come to the rear
section (3), wherein the vehicles at the prior driveways (6) may keep moving,
but vehicles at other driveways should be slow down or stop to wait till the traffic
light turn to red and the prior driveways (6) is empty, then go to the original driveways
(4) to go ahead.
