Title:
METHOD FOR INDUCING DIFFERENTIATION INTO AND PRODUCING BEIGE AND WHITE ADIPOCYTES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/098310
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a unilocular adipocyte manufacturing method that includes suspension cultivating mesenchymal cells that have the ability to differentiate into an adipocyte, and inducing differentiation into unilocular adipocytes, said suspension cultivation being in a liquid culture medium composition that allows suspension cultivation of cells or tissue and includes a polymer compound having an anionic functional group and forming a structure that can suspend the cells or tissue by bonding thereto via a divalent metal cation, wherein the polymer compound is a polysaccharide, preferably a polysaccharide including a glucuronic acid site, and more preferably deacylated gellan gum, diutan gum, xanthan gum, or a salt thereof.
