Title:
METHOD OF INDUCING THE DIFFERENTIATION OF MESENCHYMAL STEM CELL INTO ODONTOBLAST CELL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2006/009291
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
It is intended to provide a method of inducing the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into odontoblast cells. Namely, a method of producing odontoblast cells from mesenchymal stem cells which comprises culturing the mesenchymal stem cells in the presence of a factor inducing a receptor of a differentiation factor toward odontoblast cells and a differentiation-inducing factor capable of inducing the differentiation into odontoblast cells to thereby differentiate the mesenchymal stem cells into odontoblast cells.
