Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for inhibiting low speed pre-ignition of a direct-injection supercharged gasoline engine, wherein when a current power is less than a reference power, a high water temperature is used to cool an engine so as to increase the evaporativity of liquid lubricant particles retained on the wall surface of an air inlet duct. When pre-ignition occurs, some of the high temperature exhaust gas of the engine is transported to an air intake manifold together with compressed air output by a turbocharger compressor by way of waste gas recirculation, so as to increase the transient temperature of the overall air intake, thereby quickly evaporating lubricant particles retained on the wall surface of the air inlet duct and the wall surface of an air intake valve plate, and accelerating evaporation of lubricant particles suspended in the air intake. In addition, by means of the method, when a current excessive air coefficient is greater than a reference excessive air coefficient, the oil injection amount of an oil injection system of the engine is increased, the current excessive air coefficient is adjusted to the reference excessive air coefficient, and a transient power output drop generated when an EGR is used to clean the air inlet duct of the engine and the influence of high temperature air intake on conventional controllable knock intensity are weakened.
