Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a means for inhibiting renal hypofunction in a non-human animal. Provided is a method for inhibiting renal hypofunction in a non-human animal, said method comprising an administration step for administering feline-derived erythropoietin to the non-human animal. Also provided is a medicine for a non-human animal for inhibiting renal hypofunction in a non-human animal, said medicine comprising feline-derived erythropoietin.
