Title:
METHOD FOR INJECTION-MOLDING THERMOSETTING RESIN COMPOSITION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/171099
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method by which a thermosetting resin composition can be continuously injection-molded and in which unnecessary parts yielded in the molding can be reutilized. [Solution] First, a thermosetting resin composition in a state in which the curing reaction has not been completed yet is injected into a mold. Next, the thermosetting resin composition is cooled inside the mold until the composition becomes semi-hardened. The thermosetting resin composition in a semi-hardened state is then taken out of the mold. Thereafter, the thermosetting resin composition is separated into parts serving as a product and unnecessary parts. Subsequently, the parts serving as a product are heated in a separate step to make the heat curing reaction of the thermosetting resin composition proceed. The unnecessary parts are used as a recycle raw material. In a preferred embodiment, the unnecessary parts are first pulverized. Next, this pulverized material is mixed with the thermosetting resin composition that is fresh. The resultant mixture is used to newly conduct injection molding.
