Abstract:
A method for inserting a sound effect on the basis of a gesture, and a music player. The method comprises: recording a gesture input that matches a music playing time point as well as a first sound effect and a second sound effect that match the gesture prompting time (S101); during music playing, pushing a gesture prompt to a user according to the music playing time point and the gesture input prompting time (S102); within a specific period after pushing the gesture prompt, detecting whether the user has inputted a specific gesture that matches the gesture input prompting time (S103): if so, recording the user's action of inputting the specific gesture as a successful input, and in the meantime, playing the first sound effect (S104), if not, recording the user's action of not inputting the specific gesture as an unsuccessful input, and in the meantime, playing the second sound effect (S105); after the music stops, counting the number of successful inputs and the number of unsuccessful inputs, and pushing the statistical results to the user (S106). The technical solution enhances the user's music experience.
